COMPLAINTS AND PRAISE

If you have a complaint or praise about a members service we would like to hear about it. The guild operates under strict guidelines to ensure that the welfare of moles is maintained under all forms of control. Any form of miss use will not be tolerated and the guild will expel members for any proven bad practice. Also it will pass on any comments and praise that people may have.
